Big 4 UK supermarkets still feeling pressure

Latest grocery share figures from Kantar Worldpanel have shown the big four UK supermarkets are still under pressure as a result of long-term market polarisation.

The figures, covering the 12 weeks ending 7 July 2013, reveal that Lidl has grown its market share to 3.1%, an all-time high for the outlet, while Aldi retains its record 3.6% which it established during the last period.
