It consists of a wildflower honey cheesecake enhanced with the subtle addition of ricotta, then topped with a crunchy layer of salted honey, toasted pistachios, almonds, a cloud of vanilla mousse and a mosaic of more toasted pistachios and almonds. Eli's honey is harvested by students from The Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences. Proceeds from honey sales go toward col
