Nestle S.A. to build a new beverage facility in Malaysia

Nestle S.A. is investing approximately 47 million Swiss francs ($48.7 million) to build a new facility in Malaysia to meet growing demand for its ready-to-drink beverages such as Nescafe, Milo and Nestle Low Fat Milk.

The plant, which will be located in the city of Shah Alam, will create 160 new jobs when fully operational in 2014, Nestle said.
