Gruppo Campari has signed a deal to purchase Copack Beverage A Limited Partnership (Copack), an Australia-based contract beverage packer, for A$20m (14.2m).
The acquisition includes land, buildings, production assets and working capital.
Established in 2007, Copack has been supplying Campari's Wild Turkey ready-to-drink packs in Australia since 2010.
