Australian Beverage to sell bottled water firm Noble

Australian Beverage Holdings plans to off-load its bottled water unit Noble Beverages, which has been providing Pureau brand of drinking water to Australian households since 1987, for approximately A$12m ($11.05m).

Private equity firm Hawkesbridge Capital, which owns a majority stake in the bottled water producer, is said to be handling the transaction.

Coles and Woolworths, as well as the Metcash-operated IGA grocery stores distribute Noble's drinking water.
