According to other media reports, the Chinas Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) today convened a meeting of milk companies in Beijing . The MIIT official announces on-site that Mengniu Dairy has officially signed agreement with Ashley yesterday, and it will release the announcement at HKEx today.
