8% of products were negative for horse DNA or, where tested, pig DNA at the level of 1%. Two beef products, which have been announced previously, were found to contain horse DNA at levels greater than the 1% reporting limit. None tested positive for the veterinary drug phenylbutazone (bute). Three other products, which have been announced previously, were found to contain pig DNA above 1%. One product, labelled as halal, was found to have trace levels of pig DNA. The products are:
