Frozen food retailer Iceland plans to open 40 new stores across the UK in 2013 as part of its expansion plan.
The supermarket chain is also mulling to launch an online food service, which it closed in 2005 due to difficulties.
North Wales-based Iceland chief executive Malcolm Walker told The Telegraph that the proposed store openings in domestic market will create 2,000 new jobs to locals.
