Prima Frutta, one of Californias largest cherry packers and marketers has completed the companys first cherry season with a new 36 lane Compac electronic blemish grader sorting 50,000 cherries every minute and operating for 18 hours a day. The installation is a turnkey solution from Compac Sorting Equipment and partners Van Doren Sales and comprises all components from bin tipping to final packing areas.
