Muller Quaker Dairy, a joint venture between the Theo Muller Group, a dairy processor based in Germany, and PepsiCo, Inc., is opening a yogurt manufacturing facility in Batavia.
The facility represents a $206 million investment with more than 350,000 square feet. It will produce about 120,000 cups per hour.
In 2012, the same joint venture introduced a line of value-added yogurt products.
