Google adds nutrition information to search results

Google is using its powerful search capabilities to help consumers make choices about their favorite foods. The search giant has added to its Knowledge Graph nutrition information for more than 1,000 fruits, vegetables, meats and meals.

This new nutritional information builds on our work on the Knowledge Graph, which brings together all kinds of information across the web that wasn't easily accessible, Google said on its web site. The graph helps us connect things that are related, even in case
