Brussels-headquartered food safety system company Galactic has launched what it describes as a revolutionary predictive modelling tool.
According to the company, the tool aims to help meat, dairy and seafood producers predict the shelf life of their products without having to go through costly and lengthy safety studies,
The predictive modelling tool is said to accurately predict the growth of Listeria monocytogenes and to give a precise picture of the products shelf life in a set environment
