Mostly abysmal ratings in the hard red winter wheat states slipped further, with wheat in Kansas rated 42% poor to very poor (41% a week earlier), Oklahoma 52% (47%), Texas 76% (73%), Colorado 52% (47%), Nebraska 49% (48%), South Dakota 59% (61%) and Montana 14% (15%).
