US-based packaging systems manufacturer Flavorseal has unveiled Seasoned Transfer Netting, which combines its patented seasoning transfer technology with the shaping properties of tight weave netting.
According to the company, the Seasoned Transfer Netting is a one-step process that forms, applies flavor, color and pattern to boneless and bone-in meats.
