Packaged food diets may spur more weight loss

during the second half of the study the goal was to maintain weight. All of the participants were obese, having a body mass index (BMI) between 35 and 50. By the end of the study, 15 people dropped out of the regular-food group and 10 dropped out of the Medifast group.
