USDA files actions against more Liborio Markets companies

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed administrative actions against four produce companies after they allegedly violated the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act

The businesses are:
A A Ontario Market Inc., Pomona, Calif., for allegedly failing to pay 11 sellers a total of $232,581 for produce bought between December 2010 and March 2012.
Liborio Markets No. 11 Inc., Colorado Springs, Colo., for allegedly failing to pay 11 sellers a total of $189,522 for produce bought between Octobe
