Royal FrieslandCampina has successfully completed its acquisition of cheese specialist Zijerveld and its packaging unit Den Hollander Food, following approval of the transaction by the European Commission on 12 April 2013.
Zijerveld and Den Hollander will become part of FrieslandCampina Cheese, Butter Milkpowder. Zijerveld provides its customers with tailor-made concepts in addition to a wide range of Dutch and foreign cheeses. The company has its own logistics services. The cheese specialist,
