The conclusions of the meta-analysis echo comments by Dariush Mozaffarian, DrPH, from Harvard University. Speaking at last weeks GOED Exchange in Boston, Dr Mozaffarian told attendees:The main benefits for omega-3s are for preventing cardiac death.
