Deli meat listeria recall expands to include 468,000 pounds of product

recall was initiated after the Tennessee Department of Health detected Listeria monocytogenes in a sample of the companys roast beef. At that point, roast beef made the day the sample was collected was flagged for recall. Now, samples of product from other production dates have also tested positive for Listeria, prompting the firm to recall 447,834 more pounds of product.
