Tesco is launching Fish in a Flash a new range of pre-packed, ready-to-cook fish to replace The Saucy Fish Co in stores on Monday.
Produced by existing Tesco fish supplier Farne, the six-strong own-label range will hit stores on Monday (8 April). Itcomprises salmon fillets with sweet chilli watercress crme fraiche and sweet soy ginger, as well as smoked haddockwith Cheddar and spinach mornay, cod with pea mint, and spice-crusted seabass fillets with a coconut lemongrassdressing.
