Bewleys, an Ireland-based tea and coffee company, has acquired British coffee roaster Bolling Coffee in a bid to further expand its business across the country.
With more than 42 employees, Bolling offers bespoke coffees and branded programs under the Grumpy Mule brand to customers.
It has a modern 1,200 ton coffee roasting facility and has presence in more than 1,500 outlets across the UK.
Bolling has an annual revenues of around 7m.
This is Bewley's second acquisition in the UK after it h
