Both products are packaged in white HDPE plastic bottles with a full body shrink sleeve label. The label is orange with green print and trim. The brand Wellesse is in a white band at the top of the bottle in blue print. The label Digestive 3 in 1 Health is printed on the front in white font with green trim.
Both products were distributed nationwide via retail stores and online vendors. The bottles were sold after May 1, 2012.
