Solvay Aroma Performance introduced Govanil, a new range of vanilla flavors for bakery and confectionery food products, offering a new way to taste and perceive vanilla notes in foods, such as cookies, biscuits, pastries, cakes, fillings and chocolate.

Govanil offers up to 20% more flavor compared to standard vanilla, and can be used to enrich other flavors like butter, egg, biscuit, caramel and fruit. It also can be used to compensate for fat or sugar content in bakery and confectionery recipe
