The agreement was signed by Defense Secretary Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), Ernie Marques, and the Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of the Russian Federation, Sergey Dankvert.
