Wixon showcases flavor modifiers at IFT Wellness

Wixon announced its Mag-nifique technologies will be showcased at the IFT Wellness 13 Conference, Feb. 27-28 at the InterContinental Chicago O' Hare.

The flavor modifiers are part of Wixon's new Impact! program that helps create healthier foods and beverages without compromising taste.

Samples of a low-fat, low-sugar chocolate cinnamon hummus and a reduced-sugar energy martini will be served at the Wixon booth.
