The American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) has launched its own FSMA Readiness Self-Assessment Program, an online service designed to help frozen food facilities comply with preventive controls proposed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
