Feed and residual use of corn during the current marketing year is projected at 4.45 billion bushels, unchanged from the January projection and only about 100 million less than used last year. Due to the early harvest of the 2012 crop, use was likely understated for the final quarter of the 2011-12 marketing year and overstated for the first quarter of the 2012-13 marketing year.
