Woolworths Ltd has recalled Woolworths Select Turkey Sliced 97% Fat Free from Woolworths Supermarkets, Safeway, Food for Less and Flemings Supermarkets in QLD, SA and WA only due to foreign matter contamination (clear plastic). Food contaminated with plastic may cause injury in consumed. Consumers should not eat this product and should return it to their nearest Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less or Flemings Supermarket .
