Baskin-Robbins inks five franchise agreements to open 249 outlets in China

Specialty ice-cream retailer Baskin-Robbins has inked five new franchise agreements to triple its store count in China.

The retailer, owned by Dunkin Brands International, plans to unveil 249 outlets in the country over the next ten years.

Wuhan Baba, Hebei Banno and No. 31 Shenyang each plan to unveil 50 new outlets in the country while Tianjin Aishike and Beijing Rongshengyuan will open 39 and 60 outlets respectively.
