These include with BioVittoria Ltd for PUREFRUIT monk fruit extract; Eminate Ltd for SODA-LO salt reduction technology; Verenium Corporation for a proprietary enzyme product; and most recently with Nandi Protein Ltd for an early-stage texturant technology
