Duckhorn, Duck Walk Vineyards in tussle over trademark issue

Duckhorn Vineyards of Napa Valley has filed a lawsuit against Duck Walk Vineyards for breaching the trademark contract, under which Duck Walk Vineyards was supposed to mention its location on the front side of its wine bottles.

In 2003, both the companies came to an agreement, wherein Duck Walk agreed to mention the wine's place of origin on the front label of its wines and also agreed not to produce more than 84,000gal of wine with the word 'Duck' or pictures of ducks on the label.
