Initial tests reveal no toxic substance in New Zealand baby milk formula: Taiwan

Taiwan's Department of Health (DOH) has announced that the initial tests conducted on baby milk formula imported from New Zealand have not shown any traces of potentially hazardous substance dicyandiamide (DCD).

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) initiated testing of the milk formula samples on 26 January 2013 after reports emerged that it contained low levels of DCD.
