Belgian company KitoZyme, which specialises in plant-sourced functional ingredients, has announced the recent finalisation of a capital increase of 9 million.
The issue of new shares was underwritten by the companys two main shareholders: the company Valois (Mestdagh Group and Montulet family) and the SRIW, the Wallonia Regional Investment Company.
This capital increase will, said KitoZyme, significantly build the companys equity and will allow it to actively continue developing new products
