McDonald's, which uses MSC certified wild-caught Alaska Pollockfor its Filet-O-Fish sandwich, will begin displaying the ecolabelon product packaging, in-restaurant communications and externalmarketing beginning in February -- coinciding with the launch ofFish McBites, the fast food chains newest fish menu item, whichalso uses wild-caught, certified Alaska Pollock.
