Belgian company Agrafresh, mostly known as a supplier of salads and lettuce varieties, has expanded its assortment with pasteurized vegetables. These are vegetables steamed by new techniques, with a much longer shelf life, says Jeroen Samyn. Currently, we offer the new products to our existing customers, but we will introduce the steamed vegetables to new markets as well.
