CH&Co. commits to sustainable fish

CHCo., which serves an estimated 45,000 meals a day to corporate clients such as Virgin Atlantic Airlines, Thames Water and Sony, along with major London venue catering, has announced it will be removing endangered fish species from it menus. The company has also pledged to begin promoting Marine Conservation Society green list fish, and Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)-certified fish.
