Asheville Distilling installs new still to expand production

According to the distillery, the old still could produce only one 53gal barrel or 400 bottles of whiskey per day, whereas the new German-made still can produce three to four barrels of whiskey per day. The company has dismantled and sold the old still.

The distillery will use the new still to produce its premium Troy Sons moonshine whiskey. It is currently selling its products to regions like Carolinas, Tennessee and Georgia.
