Over the past week, the slowdown in exports due to the recent Christmas holidays has had an impact on prices. The vegetables suffering the sharpest price drops are long cucumbers and courgettes.
The value of courgettes stands at 40 to 60 euro cents, while just a week ago prices reached 1.40 Euro per kilo.
