US-based Menasha Packaging, a subsidiary of Menasha, has acquired Rand Diversified, a full-service contract packaging and at-retail marketing company.
The acquisition will enable the company to expand its business across the East Coast. It will give the company 16 fulfilment operations in eight states, reported the postcrescent.com.
Menasha currently has more than 3,400 employees across its operations across the world, of which about 2,300 work for Menasha Packaging.
Rand Diversified focuses
