Rosina Food Products Inc. has been handed proposed penalties of almost $55,000 for serious hazards at its West Seneca, New York plant.
The charges relate to the operation and maintenance of the plants refrigeration system and the chemical anhydrous ammonia, used in the refrigeration system.
