Yum Brands to localize menu options to fuel growth in India

US-based food franchisee Yum Brands is looking to improve offerings in India by further localizing its menu.

The chain that was launched in 2010 as a franchisee of KFC and Pizza Hut resturants is now keen on leveraging the growth in the quick-service market in the country by localizing 60% of its offerings, reported The Economic Times.

Yum also plans to close 2012 with a 600-outlet strong KFC chain to push its revenues higher in 2013.
