People ask all the time, Whats your favorite beer?
It sounds simple, doesnt it? Yet its not. The endless variety of styles and moods makes an answer meaningless. The best possible beer when I have pizza is not necessarily the best possible beer when I have seafood, or when I am camped out in my reading chair late at night, or when Im in the sun.
