2 pods garlic

1/2 cup thinly sliced onion for the dressing

1/2 cup chopped onions for the salad.

10 black and green olives

1 cup iceberg lettuce

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tsp vinegar

1 tbsp dried herbs

3 tomatoes chopped into medium pieces

1 red pepper chopped into medium pieces

1 cucumber into medium pieces

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 lemon juice

For seasoning: Salt and pepper

Method:

Mince garlic and add to the thinly sliced onion, olive oil, vinegar, and dried herbs. Keep asid
