The government of South Koreadecided to expand the country-of-origin labeling rules to include more agricultural and fishery products sold at restaurants as part of efforts to enhance the right of consumers to choose the food they eat, officials said.
Under the revision approved by the Cabinet, restaurant owners are required to label pork for delivery and mutton with where they were produced.
