Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V., the largest franchise bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world, and The Coca-Cola Company have signed a definitive agreement for Coca-Cola FEMSA to acquire 51 percent of Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc.
