Tri City Cheese and Meats, a Kawkawlin, Mich., establishment, is recalling approximately 271 pounds of Jalapeo Vienna sausage products because they are misbranded in that they contain monosodium glutamate (MSG), which is not declared on the label, USDA announced Thursday evening.
Subject to the recall are 1- and 2.5-lb. Cryovac bags of Troll Smokehouse Fully Cooked Jalapeo Vienna.
The product subject to recall bears the establishment number EST. 32015 inside the USDA mark of inspection.
