Glutamel, a gluten-free food producer based in Wigan, UK, has entered into a partnership Dominos Pizza for the supply of gluten-free pizza bases.
Domino's Pizza has recently launched new gluten-free pizza range and has chosen Glutamel as a supplier to meet the increasing demand for the product.
Glutamel, which is owned by Norside Foods, produces gluten-free pizza bases and bread rolls. The company noted that as its pizza bases contain no codex wheat starch, they exceed the European Standards.
