US-based Packaging Dynamics has acquired De Luxe, a manufacturer of flexible packaging products for food service, bakery, confectionery, dairy, and other specialty applications, for an undisclosed amount.
Packaging Dynamics chief executive officer Roger Prevot said that the acquisition of De Luxe marks a major milestone in the development of the company.
De Luxe will support our continuing growth with the addition of leading positions in new geographies, products and end-markets, Prevot said.
