Foxs Biscuits has appointed Colin Smith as its new md, replacing Stewart Gilliand, who had been interim md since August.
Smith joins from Mller Dairy UK where he was previously commercial director since January 2012.
Smith was general manager for Mller Italia between 2010 12, and before that sales manager at the dairy producers since 2006.

Smith has extensive experience within the sector following spells at Mars, Bulmers, Rank Hovis McDougall and beverage company AB InB
