Smoothie King Franchises has signed 48 new franchise agreements, of which 22 will be developed in the US and 26 in Korea.
The smoothie and nutritional lifestyle center said that it is on track to open 17 US, 33 Korean locations and its first store in Singapore by the end of 2012.
Smoothie King Global CEO Wan Kim said: We intend to add 1,000 new franchised and corporate locations domestically over the next five years, with the goal of opening 40 franchise and 20 corporate locations in 2013.
